Each option the computer either restarts and then turns back off before the screen comes on or it just restarts and the screen never comes on. I tried every option in the 'advanced options' of 'troubleshoot' Obviously tried the 'startup settings' to try to go into safe mode but even tried all of the other options including 'system restore' and 'reset this pc' with the 'keep my files' option. I have tried every option avaliable when going to the extended restart options by pressing shift+restart with no luck. ![]() I have so far been unable to get into safe mode to try and work in the problem. ![]() Every time I boot up the computer it restarts one minute after booting up with a poop up that says windows has encountered a problem and will restart in one minute. ![]()
